Orders may be placed directly on our website at www.jthomascollectibles.net.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard. Please note that your card will not be charged until your item(s) have shipped. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to states where it is required by law.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping.

Orders for in-stock items ship from our warehouse within 1 business day.

Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 7–10 business days via USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to ship your order through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient method.

A Shipment Confirmation Email will be sent once your order is on its way, and it will include a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

If your order includes multiple items, all in-stock items will ship immediately. Any items on backorder will be clearly noted on our website with an estimated arrival date. Your backordered item will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.

From time to time, we also offer promotional pre-orders for restricted-issue and limited-edition pieces. These pre-order items are shipped in the order they are received, once the shipment reaches our warehouse.

Both backordered items and special/limited-edition pre-orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of being received from the manufacturer.

You can shop with confidence at J. Thomas Collectibles. If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, we’re happy to offer a refund or replacement. Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a prompt and courteous refund—no questions asked.

Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details. All returned items must be in their original vendor packaging and in like-new condition. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
